Residential Energy Audits:
These are the consumers first step in conserving energy and money!  The audit consists of a brief discussion about the home, main areas that can be problematic with in a home, a full Infrared scan of the buildings shell or envelope, then the auditor will briefly show the owner what they have found.  Any images will then be further studied with a full report to be delivered with in one week maximum of the audit!

Commercial Audits:  
These offer everything mentioned above with the residential audit, but also offered is an infrared inspection of the roof(if flat), any cold storage areas on site.

Industrial Audits:
These offer everything mentioned from the previous two and also offers an infrared inspection of any mechanical or electrical equipment on site.

A common misconception about the use of infrared is that it only works in the winter time, which is not true! The reason people say that is due to the extreme natural temperature difference, but as long as there is a good temperature difference it can be done.  The temperature difference can be achieved by using your air conditioning for a few hours prior to inspection.
