Tiffer Productions works in conjunction with Foxy's North Country Cable. Since we are a local company we focus on covering local high school sports and events. Our primary business is DVD Authoring and producing for North Country Cable Network. North Country Cable Netowrk produces shows that air on Charter Channel 15 in Plattsburgh, NY. Our services include, but are not limited to: videography, video editing and DVD duplication.
