Tech Valley — The long term economic view for the Quebec - New York Corridor is a "Tech Valley" of research and development centers. Clinton County's place in Tech Valley is that of Montreal's "U.S. suburb," with an emerging focus as the logistical hub for goods and services flowing north and south between the two countries.
