Modern Mechanical Fab, Inc. is a woman owned business located in Champlain, NY. We specialize in "process support equipment"- that's our term for anything that helps pharmaceutical manufacturing or food processing flow more smoothly. We thrive on problem solving! Our fabrication shop is capable of working with steel, stainless steel, plastics, copper, hastelloy, aluminum, and brass. We have designed and fabricated custom decontamination misting showers, safety eye washes and showers, wash down mixing units, stainless steel hose and utility hangers, custom stainless steel utility carts, steel and stainless steel platforms, catwalks, and safety railings, and custom temperature control units.

We have a Flow Flying Bridge Abrasive Waterjet Cutting system that is able to cut virtually any type of material up to 7" thick.

We are capable of fabricating high pressure piping, high purity process piping, HVAC piping, heat transfer, and booster pump skids. We can fabricate and install steam and condensate piping, HVAC piping systems, Pharmaceutical/ food/ dairy process piping systems, and general utility piping systems.  

We have a mechanical engineer on staff to assist with custom and prototype designs.
